Restrooms are located in the building just north of the Earl J. Sinnamon Visitor Center.

Wheelchairs & Strollers

Chatfield Farms is constantly improving accessibility. At this time, not all paths are wheelchair or stroller accessible, and some routes may be limited by weather conditions. Please check with Visitor Center staff for current information on accessible paths. There are wheelchairs available on a first serve basis during Visitor Center hours.

Garden Safety & Etiquette

For your safety and enjoyment:

Please respect Chatfield Farms' natural beauty by not littering. Please dispose of trash in waste bins.

Birds and other wildlife live at Chatfield Farms. Please do not disturb nesting sites or feed the animals.

To protect plants and wildlife, please remain on trails.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Remember to bring plenty of drinking water.

Long pants and sturdy shoes are recommended to offer protection from poison hemlock and poison ivy, as well as snake and insect bites. Please report any snake sightings to staff immediately.

Please do not bring pets into Chatfield Farms or leave them in your car. Service animals are welcome.

Visitors are welcome to take photos throughout Chatfield Farms for personal use. For commercial and professional photography, a permit is required - please refer to our Photography Policy for more information.
